One of the best DA IDs I have seen :pringles:

I love Space Ghost so much, I quoted Tad in my high school yearbook [link]

Slick move citing his secret identity. Who knows how many heads that went over. You sound like an authoritative source.. give me your top 3 SGC2C episodes.

Oh snap, put on the spot here!!

1. Snatch Probably one of my all time favorite anythings of anything ever. (though I am sad that only the person who bought the ending on eBay knows what actually happened! However, I do still appreciate the public ending of, "HE ENDT".)

2. Needledrop (where my quote came from!)

3. Jacksonville (in high school I painted my folder in tribute to this ep! [link] )

Though I have many, many favorites!!! :dummy: Which are you top 3? :D

I've been to the San Diego Comic-con in past years, and I met Dave Willis [link] and Matt Malliero a few times for Aqua Teen/Squidbillies stuff (I keep holding out hope they will one day do a Space Ghost anniversary panel or something), and I'm always like "I LOVED SPACE GHOST!!!" haha and they're like "wow, yay people still remember that show, thanks!!"

Shoot next time you run into Dave Willis ask him what the secret ending was and slip him five bucks. Heck, I'd slip him five bucks just for the work he did in the Xtacles spin-off. They only made two episodes, but my throat never hurt so bad from laughter.

Top episodes for me, starting at #3 is Piledriver, with Space Ghost's 'Macho Man Randy Savage'-sounding Grampa,
#2 Curses, featuring the interview and devouring of Moby,
and my all time #1 favorite, Chambraigne, also has my all time favorite line "If I had hands and you had a body, I would squeeze your brain -- which is your body -- right out the top of your head ..which does not exist." If you ran this episode on mute, I could recite the whole show word for word.

haha good plan!! And yes, Xtacles was A+ stuff, Frisky Dingo was good, but the Xtacles produced such gems as RAPE APE :D BOOSH! (my bf actually did a fanart of RAPIER APE and it was featured on the AS splash page back when they used to do that! [link] )

I am a fan of the eps you listed ESPECIALLY Chambraigne, omg I can't believe I left that off my list--I still refer to all aquarium gravel as KNOWLEDGE CRYSTALS, and say "SHUT-SHUT-SHUT!" I was very happy to see when Carl and Son(s) returned on that ep of Aqua Teens, blue fright wig and all.

"HEY! LADY!"
"Me?"
"Yeah you! You gonna get raaaaped!!" [Mr. Ford randomly waves in the back]
"Oh my goodness!"
"(with a sword!!)"
Those were some fantastic voice actors. And the number of comments on that painting is heartening. For a while I thought I was one of maybe ten people on earth who saw the show.

Aqua Teen had some good cameos but I mostly liked them for Emory and Oglethorpe and the Mooninites. Gotta say though that Baffler Meal is pretty high on my SpaceGhost favorites.

hahah yes! Are you a fan of Adam Reed/Matt Thompson's other stuff like Sealab or Archer? (ok, upon checking wikipedia, Archer's only Adam Reed's show) I loved Sealab until Harry Goz died, and then I felt like the show kinda went downhill (too many songs [which really, should never be a criticism for a show like that in the first place. haha]), but the first few seasons were great stuff. I never got into Archer, but I don't dislike it or anything.

I am a pretty big Aqua Teens fan (though, nothing will be Space Ghost), if you like Emory and Oglethorpe, I recommend the movie if you haven't seen it, they have some pretty great scenes and are in a good portion of it, haha

Do you have any other fav Adult Swim shows? (I could talk about that damn programming block forever. haha)

I was in school wayyy back when the first season of Adult Swim came out. Thanks to them, I had Thursday nights to look forward to that year, which kind of made every week a 3-day weekend. Aqua Teen, Sealab, occasional Space Ghost, etc. all followed at the end with Cowboy Bebop. Fondest memories. I've been cable-less for a few years now, so I haven't seen Archer (although I'd recognize that art style a mile away) but I'm pretty sure I have all the episodes of the first few series, including the semi-decent Harvey Birdman.

I preferred early Sealab too, just because there were more stories with actual endings and less filler/padding when ideas weren't going anywhere. Aqua Teen is hit or miss with me for the same reason. It's like if you and your friends are sitting around half-drunk and telling wacky stories, the ones that actually go somewhere are way more satisfying than ones that kind of wander and then end for no reason. That's why you can't miss with shows like Robot Chicken -- it's all just bit pieces strung together, to heck with attention span.
