She'd be great in the Street Fighter games, and it make me almost think that they were gonna have her in SF4 instead of C.Viper because of her moves.

Wouldn't *that* have been nice (I never really got on the Viper bandwagon). Still, I think Lucia's so obscure that people would've thought she was a new character anyway
