Speed-Spriting with Photoshop

The latest and most in-depth tutorial I've been able to muster on making (fighter-sized) sprites.

Made with speed in mind, it's just what you need if you're a MUGEN spriter trying to make sprites from scratch or do major edits to existing sprites.
